01What documents do I need to rent a car?
A passport, valid driving licence and a bank card or another agreed method for the security deposit.
02What is the minimum driver age?
The minimum driver age is 23. Some high-class models require 25, as shown on the car page.
03What driving experience is required?
Economy and comfort cars require at least 3 years of driving experience. High-class cars and sports cars require 5 years. The exact requirement is listed on each car page.
04Can you deliver to a villa, marina or a private address?
Yes. We deliver to hotels, villas and apartments, marinas and custom addresses across the Republic of Cyprus.
05Can I collect the car at the airport?
Yes. We deliver to Larnaca and Paphos airports at the agreed time.
06What is included in the rate?
Vehicle preparation, basic insurance, agreed daily mileage and 24/7 support.
07When is the deposit returned?
After the car is returned and inspected. Settlement time depends on the payment method and bank.
08Can I change dates after requesting?
Yes, subject to availability. Contact your manager as early as possible.
09Is mileage limited?
Yes. The daily allowance is shown on each car page. Extra mileage can be agreed separately.
