We process contact details, booking preferences, page source, UTM parameters, anonymous session data and viewed vehicles when you submit a request.
Purpose and legal basis
Data is used to respond to your request, prepare a rental offer, provide support and measure site performance. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Storage and recipients
Request data is shared with service providers required to process the request and is retained only for as long as necessary for business and legal purposes.
Online booking
Online bookings are handled through the embedded RentSyst service. The rental details and contact information you enter in the booking widget are sent directly to RentSyst. Review the booking conditions and privacy information shown in the widget before confirming.
Advertising measurement
If you accept analytics and advertising cookies, we use Meta Pixel and Conversions API to share page and vehicle views, contact clicks and successful requests with Meta (Facebook and Instagram). This includes the page address, event and browser identifiers, IP address and browser information. For requests, an international phone number, when available, and the session identifier are hashed before server transmission. These identifiers help Meta match events to ad interactions. You can stop future advertising tracking in Cookie settings in the footer.
Google Analytics and Google Ads
With your consent, Google Analytics measures page views and site usage using page addresses, browser and device information, and browser and session identifiers. Our Google tag is also connected to Google Ads for advertising measurement. Selecting essential cookies in Cookie settings disables this analytics and advertising tracking.
